After a long day at work and some bonus time rigging together my brother's entertainment center I returned home to the strong smell or mead, and I found two of my bottles had popped their corks. this brings the total for this batch to 5, of which 4 burst in my kitchen. I finally learned my lesson and transfered the remaining bottles to the fridge. I will be consuming them as soon as I can arrange a party to do so.
