3 miles

After a challenging day at work and a failed attempt to get a haircut, I cam home looking foreward to a nice dasy 3 mile run. I was about set to head out when my brother Adam called. I wound up talking to Adam for two hours before finally going out for the run at just after 10:00pm. I ran a little faster then usual and got the run down in 30 minutes. Now time for some salmon and some sleep.
